A will or testament is a legal document by which a person expresses their wishes as to how their assets is to be distributed at death, and names one or more persons, the executor, to manage the estate until its final distribution.

When you pass away, you belongings won’t mean anything to you, but, you want to ensure that your life’s work goes to worthy heirs of your choice.

If you have no debt, no assets and no dependents you will fall in the category of people not necessarily needing a will, but If you have dependents (spouse/life partner/children) or assets, such as a house, money in the bank, savings or investments, creating a will is a must.

It is one of the most important legal documents that you will conclude in your lifetime, as it deals with your entire estate – all of your assets and liabilities.
